Hi! I'm Gillian!

For years, I told myself I just needed a glass to unwind — to relax, to switch off, to cope when life felt too much.


But it never really worked.

I’d wake at 3am with my heart racing and that familiar regret creeping in, promising myself tomorrow would be different.


It never was.

I wasn’t craving the wine — I was craving what I thought it gave me: calm, comfort, control.


But the more I relied on it, the less I trusted myself.

The shift came when I stopped numbing and started calming.


When I learned how to listen to my body instead of silencing it, everything changed.


My sleep, my anxiety, my self-trust — all of it.

That’s why I created UNWIND – Calm Without Alcohol.

I like to think of it as being
